Program Description
VideoRx is a video preservation and production service operated by The Makers, LLC. This SMS program sends transactional messages to clients who have provided explicit opt-in consent. Message types include:
- Order status updates as your transfer job moves through intake, in-progress, QC review, and ready-for-pickup
- Inquiry confirmations when we receive a quote request through our contact form
- Shipping notifications with tracking information for incoming and outgoing media
- Project updates for B2B production clients (drafts ready for review, deliverables published)
- Account notifications for vault subscribers (storage limits, contributor invitations)
All messages identify the sender as VideoRx. Users may reply STATUS to receive the latest status of their most recent order. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio solely as a delivery service provider and are not used for any marketing purposes.

On the public contact form, users provide their name, email, and an optional phone number. The SMS consent checkbox below is optional and unchecked by default — never pre-checked, and not required to submit an inquiry.

When user accounts open for the family vault subscription service, the same opt-in checkbox will appear during registration on cloud.videorx.com.
The consent checkbox will be optional, unchecked by default, and identical in language to the contact form version above.
